Striving onwards and upwards...

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated is the first inter-collegiate Greek-letter fraternity for African American men. It was founded on December 4th, 1906 at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York by seven visionary young men, known as The Jewels of our Fraternity. Famous Brothers include Tony Brown, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., The Hon. Thurgood Marshall, Jesse Owens, Adam Clayton Powell Jr., Paul Robeson, and Dr. Louis Sullivan, just to name a few...

Epsilon Zeta Chapter was founded in 1958 at Fayetteville State University, Fayetteville, NC. I became a member of the Fraternity there in the Fall of 1991. Guess that makes me an historic oldhead.

Epsilon Rho Lambda Chapter represents the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg Area. Beta Iota Chapter of Winston-Salem State University and Xi Eta Chapter of Wake Forest University are the Undergraduate Chapters in the Winston-Salem area. Omicron Gamma Lambda Chapter is seated in Kernersville, along with Winston-Salem's Alpha Pi Lambda Chapter  (webmaster there!) are the area's Graduate Chapters.
